We are more than just a gaming platform. w99my is a community, an experience and an entertainment destination that understands the tastes, needs and values of Malaysian players from all walks of life.
W99my started with a simple ambition – to build an online entertainment platform that truly understands Malaysian players. Rather than copying an overseas platform model and transplanting it here, we built something designed from the ground up with local users' habits, preferences and unique needs in mind.
We know Malaysians love to play as a community. We know that trust is the most important thing in online gaming – especially when real money is involved. We also know that the convenience of local payment methods like FPX, Touch 'n Go and GrabPay is a necessity, not an option. All of this forms the foundation of what w99my has built and continues to improve to this day.
From slot games with stunning graphics and Live Casino with real dealers, to lively Bingo and Sports Betting with competitive odds – w99my offers a variety of entertainment that few other platforms can match. Every section is thoughtfully designed to deliver a smooth, enjoyable and trustworthy user experience.
We understand that trust is not built in a day. It is built through every successful transaction, every support request handled well, every withdrawal processed on time and every fair and transparent gaming experience. That is why every decision we make – from choosing software providers to designing the interface – always centres on player satisfaction and trust.
Today, w99my is proud to be one of Malaysia's most trusted online entertainment platforms, with over 500,000 registered members nationwide. But this isn't our final destination – we continue to grow, adding new games, improving payment systems and strengthening platform security to ensure the best experience for every member.
Two core principles that guide every decision and action we take
To provide a safe, fair and enjoyable online entertainment experience for every Malaysian player – regardless of background or experience level. We are committed to always delivering the best value to every member through quality games, reliable payments and responsive support.
To become Malaysia's most trusted number one online entertainment platform – a complete digital entertainment ecosystem where every player feels valued, protected and always excited to come back day after day.
Six key advantages that set w99my apart from other platforms in the Malaysian market
The w99my platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption for all financial transactions and personal data. The two-factor authentication (2FA) system keeps your account safe from unauthorised access, even if your password is compromised.
From high-tech video slots to Live Casino tables with real dealers – all games at w99my are provided by internationally certified software providers whose products have been independently tested and verified for fairness and true randomness.
Deposits and withdrawals via FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and cryptocurrency. All popular Malaysian payment methods are fully supported – no need for complicated foreign methods or hidden fees.
The w99my VIP system features five tiers – Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Prestige – offering increasingly rewarding benefits with every ringgit you spend. Faster withdrawals, higher bet limits, exclusive bonuses and a dedicated account manager for top-tier VIP members.
The w99my app is available for Android and iOS with an optimised file size – compatible with a wide range of phones from older to the latest models. The interface is designed for touchscreens with intuitive navigation, so you can play comfortably with just one hand.
The w99my support team operates around the clock, 365 days a year. Reach us via Live Chat for immediate assistance. Our trained agents are ready to help in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin to serve Malaysia's diverse community.
These principles are not just slogans – they guide every decision we make each day in running this platform.
At w99my, we believe a great entertainment platform is about more than exciting games or big bonuses. It's about how players feel valued and respected in every interaction with our platform – from the moment they first register to their final winnings withdrawal.
