Registering a w99my account is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Go to the Register, enter your username, email address, phone number and password. Verify your email and phone number via the OTP sent, then complete identity verification (KYC) by uploading a photo of your IC to unlock full access including withdrawals.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals for regular members are processed within 1 to 6 hours. VIP members enjoy express withdrawals in under 1 hour. All withdrawals are processed on the same day if requested before 10 PM. The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction. The daily withdrawal limit for regular members is RM10,000. VIP members enjoy higher limits depending on their VIP tier — starting from RM20,000 for VIP Silver up to no practical limit for VIP Diamond. Withdrawals above certain thresholds may require additional verification to comply with anti-money laundering procedures.

Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons: incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, incomplete or mismatched bank account details, or activity requiring a security review. No. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your own name and must match the name verified during the KYC process.
